This is my first time shipping my car from NH to CA. Well as a first timer I usually read other people reviews and recommendation from friends or family. Global auto transportation was recommended by my brother-in-law who used them 4 years ago.
Well this is my experience.Called her (Selena P) in June and scheduled my car to be picked up on July 31 and deliver on Aug 8. No one called me on that day and 3 days later. So I called her and left message no reply on that day. Called again and left message again (3 more times - I think she is screening call to avoid me). 6 days after scheduled pickup day I called again and a guy picked up. He told me there were some problem and couldn't find a carrier to ship my car. Then he told me that he can still ship my car on Aug 11 with Enclosed Service (I was scheduled for Open Service) which I have to pay additional to get it ship).
First my car would not get there on time (Aug 8) which I need it to start my new job in CA. On top of that he wants me to pay additional cost which I didn't ask for (Enclosed Service).
It was a total disaster going with Global Auto Transportation. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
In such a short time I tried to find another carrier ASAP to ship my car and I found AUTO SHIPPING GROUP INC. Brittany is awesome and she promised me she will find me a carrier in a day and she did. I was shocked but so happy my car will get there on time. I have wrote another review about AUTO SHIPPING GROUP INC and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND all of you to use them.
