I must say that Andrey at Gideon was great, however the driver that was representing him was not. Andrey was easy to reach when I had questions, however, the car was not shipped in the quoted amount of time. The car arrived two days late with no warning that it was going to be late. The recipient called the truck driver and received VERY rude feedback from the driver that was appalling. Gideon Logistics was nothing but kind and polite but the drivers representing them were very rude, and said things to customers that no business operator should ever say when being paid to do a service, especially that high of dollar.

Upon contacting Gideon about the problems, "I will look into it" is the only answer received, with no compensation of the car being late. The driver didnt call to say it was going to be late, so a day off of work was taken to receive the car on the date it was quoted to arrive, only to have been wasted. I can say I MIGHT use Gideon Logistics in the future, but if I were them, I would seriously rethink the drivers I use, and don't tell the customer "you're wrong"
