I hired giant auto to transport my car and i thought everything was okay from talking to them on the phone and looking at thier website. However they went and hired someone else to transport my car, who damaged the vehicle. I have not paid for the shipping in full due to the damage to the car which was estimated at just over $1,000 dollars. The company which shipped the car will not return my phone calls, however they want the remaining $500 dollars. I am refusing to pay until the damage has been repaired and paid for in full. I just wanted you to know before you ship with Giant, find out if they will actually be shipping your car.

We have been working with the shipping company to arrange the repair of your vehicle. We have all the insurance documentation on file if need be.
