This company has many many issues. As a Retired truck driver and broker, this company does not know what the right hand is doing from the left hand. Has lied and lied continually for weeks on end. Told vehicle would be picked up the 1st time on the 16th, no show or no call - 2nd time pick up would be on the 23rd, no show and no call - 3rd time pick up would be on the 31st, no show and no call - 4th time pick up would be on the 1st, no show and no call. When I called Giant Transport was lied to continually regarding what was going on. They used every excuse in the book. They also would put you on hold for 15-20 minutes or longer. Finally they gave me the last transport company they had brokered to. I contacted them and was informed Giant Transport had cancelled it at the last minute on the 31st. They didn't even have a scheduled pick up for the 1st. So that was another lie..... The Transport company was also upset with them. They called to find out why they gave out their number to a customer and was also put on hold for 15 minutes. After talking with the transport company that would haul, they stated they would go ahead and take the vehicle. Called Giant Transport again told them to fax the paper work to them ASAP so that the vehicle could be picked up on the 4th. The transport company called me and assured me they had just received the fax and would pick the car up on the 4th as they were leaving out.
WHY DO YOU NEED A BROKER COMPANY???????????? I HAVE DONE THE JOB THEY ARE BEING PAID TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, UNORGANIZED..... WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE......
