If you've never shipped before, the experience can be difficult to understand. If youve done this before, these guys are great.1 . agree on the price, note that it may change as a carrier is available. 2. your shipping date and arrival date needs to be flexible, unless you specify hard dates. 3. Make sure a 16 wheeler can get to the pickup and drop-off location. they need to turn around. 4. the guy booking for you is not the shipper, an independent trucker will contact you for pickup time and location.the pickup guy can't guarantee you a specific time, only a range of time. so flexibility with pickup is necessary. 5. take pictures of the vehicle before shipping and on delivery to check for damage in shipping. 6. a deposit for the booking agent is at contract time, CASH is required at drop off for the driver. A tip is nice.
