Diana was nice and answered every time I called or reached out, however I seemed to always be the one reaching out in regards for an update on if a driver had been found yet. A little more communication would have been nice during a already stressful time. A driver was finally found and I was finally contacted on the start date of my 5 day period with a $300 increased price, which I was not too happy about. But at the end of the day my car was delivered safely with no scratches or dings that I noticed, which is what was most important to me.
