I routinely buy auction vehicles and get them shipped. I check the rates and see who gives me the best price. Kelly gave me a good price then changed it when she sent me the contract. I had her change it back, signed the paperwork and waited. My car was not picked up and I had to pay storage fees because of it. I canceled the contract and went with a different shipper. I obviously won’t be using them again. Consider yourself warned.
