Booked with them to transport my sedan from Sacramento to Amarillo. They sent me a quote for $895 and I agreed and signed up for it. Date of pickup was 23rd Aug or later. We get a call from them in the last week of August informing us that the rates are now $1300 and that the previous deal doesn’t count!
So much for professionalism and honoring one’s word.
