Shady business - avoid at all costs

I can only imagine that most of the reviews here are planted by GetCarrier. I made the mistake of signing a contract with them to have a vehicle delivered from NM to CA. After signing the contract I heard nothing. I reached out via the chat bot on their website and was given a name and number of an agent. The number goes to a generic voicemail inbox which is full. It has been 4 days since I signed and I have sent numerous inquiries, and all I've gotten back is a one line email saying that they're still working on finding a driver. In other words, they just make up a low bid number to lure you in and then try to find someone to do the transport. If they can't, too bad for you. You have to start all over from scratch, having lost a week or more, and they just move on to their next victim. I was fooled by their semi-professional website and didn't do as much homework as I should have since I really needed the car delivered.
