We originally decided to go with getcarrier.com because they had the lowest prices. Once they received our payment information, they went radio silent until one week before our move with a quote that was over $400 more than we were originally quoted. With a stiff cancelation fee associated with this, as well as insufficient time to book through someone else we were forced to accept their changed offer. Total bait and switch with horrible customer service. There are many other reviews like this that are hidden. I can not imagine anyone actually having a positive experience with this customer. All of the positive reviews must have been generated from their internal marketing department.
