I had to have my Chevy Cruze move from Illinois to Michigan it was short notice and I had no idea what to do the Denis was very informative and knowledgeable about what to expect for my first time experience i had tried another carrier was my car sat for an extra week Denis explained the steps and gave me the information of the driver and when they would come to pick up my car and sent messages and emails explaining the process also very helpful he could tell I was nervous I it was very easy process once explained Everyone was very helpful and patient my car arrived within 48 hours turn around time everything worked great will use service again if needed or refer
