If you like being told a rate to have your car shipped and then waiting 16 days for them to NOT ship your car, and then telling you that it will be $150 more than what they quoted you, then you will love using Get Carrier Auto Transport. If you don't want an experience like mine, then I would recommend that you look for auto transport service elsewhere. Repulsive.

Dear Ryan, we're sorry your experience did not match your expectations. Holidays are always tough in terms of drivers' availability. GetCarrier does not dictate auto transport pricing, the truckers within the industry dictate pricing and therefore commonly ask for more pay to accommodate a particular load. The reason could be due to the route, type of vehicle, time of year, their scheduling, etc. The bottom line being, the motor carriers decide what pay they will accept. Therefore, because the goal is to get a carrier assigned to transport the vehicle as quickly as possible, we offer every transport option to the customer. It is the customer's decision to proceed with that option or not. If they decline, we continue to seek out a carrier for the quoted price.
