I had a issue free experience. They gave me a heads up on arrival to pick up the car, I met them down the street where the semi parked next to a Walgreen's, car was inspected and loaded and a week later showed up on the other side of the country in same condition less the dead bugs. They even met me half way between my town and the airport because I had to pick up a colleague. Thumbs up!
