Overall very good experience. The estimated price for the transport from Maryland to Florida changed from $625 to $725 and I was not really too happy with that. However, the reasons were valid and explained clearly to me, and I think they were doing the best that they could with getting drivers in a busy time of year.The changes to to the binding estimate were made promptly so my car would be transported very close to the time I wanted. Eva was responsive, attentive and very professional. She provided excellent guidance through the whole process and communicated with me at various points in the transport to inform me of the progress of the car from the time of pickup to its delivery. When the car was delivered she made sure everything was ok.
