I contacted the company to try and get some help based on their quoted price to transport my car. Lina took my credit card information on the bases of deposit once I sign the documents and they assign a driver to my car is when i will be CHARGED. I just called them up to let them know that after reading the fine prints I decided to decline signing the document to further work with their company. While i called to notify them of this, Lina informs me that i will be loosing my deposit and that they already assigned a driver. When i asked how is that possible when I literally decline signing your document to agree to any of your terms!? She can't give a straight up answer and gives me some run around bullshit of we need to confirm I don't know what and will notify me through email. This is how they are dealing with their POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!! I wasn't even working with them yet and thank god i read all the fine prints and decided against it! I recommend anyone else out there even thinking of working them, DON'T!! I'm beyond livid to the kind of companies and people these guys are. How in the world can anyone trust them with their valuables let alone cars that aren't exactly cheap.
