Diana was super responsive, she promptly answered any questions I had about payment and logistics. She was personally available via SMS throughout the process, and I could just message her when I needed a status update or communicate a concern. She constantly reassured me that I need not worry because she knows the transportation company, and that they are very reliable. I will definitely recommend GetCarrier again.
