Alice White provided me with truly amazing customer service. From my first contact 6 weeks prior to transport until the day my car was loaded, Alice was very responsive and patient (with my never-ending questions). On the day of my pickup, I was informed the driver had broke down in California. Alice was on it and found me a new carrier, same price, same day without a hitch. My car arrived in excellent condition and on time. My driver was fabulous! I would highly recommend GetCarrier and hopefully you are lucky enough to work with Alice!
