Paul Black @ GetCarrier did an overall great job arranging car transport from NJ to AL. Once a driver was secured everything went smoothly. Communication was good. I withheld 1 star because the contract was underbid initially, requiring him to come back to me for more money to get a driver. I felt that a broker should have a better sense of the market, and the initial low offer caused me to pass up another competetive bid. He was up-front about the difficulty getting the car transported over the holidays, and persuaded me to hold off until the new year. He was professional and helpful in arranging my special request for a "top load" position (for additional fee). Would use again.
