I was assigned a driver with in a day, Driver was nice but his skill lacked in hooking up the cars. I was sure he was going to lose my car during transport. I get a call the next day saying he was in an accident. I called gateway on the 24hr number, no answer. I call the driver back he assured me my car was fine and said my car was 90 miles away from destination. I told him well get it there as soon as you can get another truck and trailer. Driver said he would drive it, I told him no, I paid to have it trailered... long story short, he drove it to the destination. Lied and said he had permission, got into a heated conversation with this company. They said he had permission from the person receiving the car. Which was a lie, The car was driven with no insurance 90 miles, broke how many laws, who knows I paid to have it trailered not driven.

I have since reported both the driver and this company to USDOT, and FMCSA Licensing...

I was not even offered compensation for the car driven 90miles...

Mr Russ had booked with us and we picked up his car,the driver was involved in an accident .we called Mr Russ to update him with everything .his car was OK and if any thing ,god forbid happen his car was totally insured.the car was suppose to be delivered to Mr green his friend, Mr green was updated too.the driver called Mr green and told him if he can drive the car to him, Mr green gave him the OK,it was about 70 miles. the car was delivered in good shape , Mr green signed the bill of laden. Mr Russ called us on Friday and we explained to him that Mr green gave the OK to the driver,he understood everything he was OK and actually he was joking.but i do not understand why he wrote this bad review?
