I had my car shipped from Florida to Minnesota. My car was picked up on Friday, January 4th and the contract stated that it would be delivered on Monday, January 7th. I didn't get my car until the 10th. On Monday - when my car was supposed to be delivered, I called the company to see what time to expect them so I could be in place, only to find out that the truck never left Florida. The company had no explanation as to why that information wasn't communicated to me. They pretty much brushed off my concerns and said it should arrive Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes and the driver didn't even come to my apartment - I had to walk about 10 minutes away from my apartment to the main road to meet the driver to get my car. He was very rude and even threatened to not give me my car and to take it back to Florida when I asked to inspect my car. I've never shipped a car before, but after this encounter, I wouldn't suggest that anyone ship with this company.
