Things ran smoothly until two day before the actual pick up date when I still didn't even know what time, or even who, was picking up my vehicle. When I sent out an email to find out what was going on, I get an email response in all capital letters (for those individuals that deal with PROFESSIONAL emails on a regular basis, this show anger/ frustration- an email that you do not send to your customers.) Regardless, I try to stay professional with Fred who in turn tells me about these "hiccups" that occur from time to time. I work in the medical field, and I proceed to tell Fred that "hiccups" in my field result in people dying. Although this situation is not as severe, regardless, I told this company from day one that my vehicle needed to be picked up on January 12th because I needed my vehicle on the 22nd-I fully understood that 7-10 day window due to weather, etc. Needing my 2nd vehicle to also be shipped, I decide to look elsewhere and found a great company to ship both vehicles for less, and with greater customer service. WHAT A HEADACHE! Word of advice for G&L-you are working with customers. Learn customer service! AND WHEN SOMEONE IS PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY HAVE DECIDED TO GO A DIFFERENT ROUTE INSTEAD OF LEAVING YOU HANGING-DON'T SLAM THE PHONE LIKE A LITTLE CHILD. I found that highly disrespectful and something that you do not do to an individual who has proudly endured hardship in Iraq to ensure your freedom. For all military, avoid this company!!!!!!

After all the years of transporting vehicles, and the thousands of nice people we deal with, we come across Mr Nunya.[ He cannot put his right name in the review] Were relunctly{he was very demanding} to take his order and in 1 day we booked his vehicle to be pick up on the date requited. Mr Nunya recived a dispatch order via e-mail on who was to pick his vehicle along with who to contact and phone # and other important information. Before we had a chance to call Mr Nunya He called the carrier and spoke with the dispatcher about picking up his vehicle. Mr Nunya was told by the to dispatcher his vehicle would be picked up on the 18th or19th because Mr Nunya demanded his vehicle be delivered on the 22th . It only takes 4 days to make the trip. This is when Mr Benard Morales called me[ his real name] went ballistic with me, stating he wanted the vehicle pick up on the 12th. I tried to explain it only took 4 days travel time, well this would not do, and would find someone else.I said great and hung up. I will not put up with being rude and disrespectful by Mr Morales or any one else. One more note I am a USAF combat wounded veteran and served in two conflicts, I do not receive any payments or ask for any.Fred Persechino retired USAF G&L Enterprise
