G&L is a broker. They provided a competitive bid and did everything they were supposed to do. The trucking company was Jake Bauman Trucking. Their truck broke down, and delivery was several days late; in and by itself not a big deal. However, the trucking company did not notify me of the delay, nor did they answer the phone or return messages. Only after I contacted Fred at G&L did I receive a call back from Bauman. Following that, I received phone calls from Bauman the day prior to delivery and again a few hours before delivery.
