We transported our suv on Jun 26. We researched the transport companies and decided on G&L because of the positive reviews on this website (thank you to the past customers). Everyone at G&L were very nice and had excellent communication. We were, at first, worried about our brand new $50k+ GMC being transported by a company we had little knowledge about but just relied on all the reviews on this site.. we were more worried about transporting our new suv than with our moving company. We received the confirmation from GL and communicated through emails, and followed through with phone calls. Everyone at GL were very patient and helpful from start to finish. They were very honest with the price even though we did not get a written estimate or written confirmation of the price, which got us worried. But they were all terrific. GL used JR Auto Transporting as the company to deliver our suv and our primary contact was JR. We had all the cell numbers of JR and the truck drivers in NJ and in FL. Surprisingly, everything went smoothly and without any complications! We received our car 4 days after pick up from NJ, and the truck drivers who drove it to FL were very cooperative especially when we asked them to meet us at a convenient location for us, but friendly enough to have an 18-wheeler park and take our car out of the open truck. Our suv was filthy upon delivery but the condition was still brand new, no damage after we washed it. Upon reading other reviews, we put plastic covering on the driver's seat and matted the floor to prevent being dirty, and we think that helped. We were truly happy with JR Auto Transport and GL Enterprises because they were excellent, no hassles or complications. For researching and cold calling GL and getting JR Transport, we really "lucked" out because they were phenomenal.. In the end, the auto transporters performed excellent service, way better than what we expected, and performed 100 times better than our moving company that had equally the price of our belongings.
