Wish I had signed up with G and L from day1. With ANOTHER vendor, my car was delayed 14 days - unforgivable! I give Fred top points on communication, transparency and candor. The truck manager and driver were both exemplary, always answering the phone day or night. Now, that's customer service. Finally, in all of this did I mention the car was picked up and delivered! Hat's off to the transparency, communication and candor - truly a mark of how business should be run.
