My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Steven with Onyx Transportation to deliver a truck from Harrisburg, NC to Bristol, CT. We had never used a transportation service like this before and wasn’t really sure what to expect and with the Auto Shipping Industry and the market itself being worth an estimated $5 billion dollar industry, I know there is a lot of competition for the jobs and it also attracts some less than reliable companies into the market as well that are more interested in making money than looking after their customers and providing the best service. I have heard horror stories of people being quoted a completely different price than what was actually charged at time of pick up, I was very happy with Onyx Transportation because the price was the same at pick up of the truck as it was in the quote received. The quote was a reasonable one as well for an out of state delivery. With our first time using the service I have to say everything from pick up to the inspection of the truck when delivered went perfectly and couldn’t be happier! With the service we received! The Transportation Driver Steven’s professionalism was outstanding as he payed attention to detail as my husband was explaining that the truck that was going to be delivered was a special truck- Steven showed that he cared for his customers property as if it were his own answering and questions pertaining to the transportation process and provided a business card with all his information and encouraged us to call him if we had any more questions. The morning before pick up as well as ½ hour before pick up my husband got notified time for pick up time as well as for delivery, the night before there was a conformation of the delivery time as well. Thank you so much Steven and Onyx Transportation for the awesome service received!
