Car was picked up in Los Angeles on time and delivered within 7 days to Pensacola Florida. The driver did communicate in route. We did have to pay an extra $100 because the driver with U.S. auto transport said the car is only allowed and extra 100lbs in trunk or on seat in car. After getting the car back, and seeing what my son loaded, I concede it was over 100lbs so I guess I can't gripe about the extra I had to pay to the driver. So, don't exceed your 100lb limit or you will get charged extra. Other than that they did a good job and Jason handled the shipment well. I would use their service again should the need arise.
