HORRIBLE COMPANY

This has got to be the worst customer service and company I have ever encountered.I booked my vehicle and paid a deposit on 3/27/09 the pickup was supposed to follow soon after. 17 days later and after countless phone calls and e-mails I got no call back and 1 e-mail reply saying they are working on getting a carrier and will get back to me which the never did again. I am just hoping they give me back my deposit.I have already requested it back.I will post and let everyone know how long it takes to get my money back.

This review is completely false.... When I first spoke to the customer I advised that the transports coming out of FL going to the upper east coast would take a little longer then normal due to the time of year. The customer said he understood and that was fine. I contacted the customer by phone and I also e-mailed him every few days to let him know what was going on. I did everything I possibly could to facilitate his move however there was over 500 vehicles heading to the upper east coast. I apologized to the customer and then refunded his deposit IMMEDIATELY.
