Amy was honest and straightforward about what it would take to get my daughter's non-running "dream car" from my brother's house in California to Montana. She advised that she could give general guidelines as to when the vehicle would be picked up and delivered, but due to complications in the trucking industry, the times would not be exact. She kept me posted at all times as to where and when the driver was and what his general time frames for pick up and delivery might be. The driver was able to pick up the vehicle within a very reasonable time frame and was willing to adjust his schedule to my brother's work schedule in order to make things as convenient as possible for him. The driver was running a couple days behind schedule for delivery in Montana as he received a call to pick up another vehicle after he had already aquired my daughter's. He then wanted to drop it off prior to delivering hers as that one ran and my daughter's did not and it would involve a lot less vehicle shuffling. He kept me posted of his times and locations and was polite and helpful at all times. He was able to adjust his schedule to my work hours as well. This was particularly helpful to me as I had just started a new job. To top it all off, he even had the vehicle washed before delivery!!! And considering how dirty it was when he acquired it I was very impressed! I hope I never need to ship another vehicle, but if I do I will definitely call Amy again! Thank you for an awesome job!
