We originally went with this company because they were the first to contact us. They promised a specific date for pick up as this was a necessity as we had to drive 11 hours one way to meet the driver. The entire drive from KY to MD we tried contacting Amy as we had not heard from her in a few days. Neither that day nor the following day (pick up day) did we hear from her, or anyone from the company, either via email or phone, after leaving numerous voicemails to several phone numbers and email addresses. Bottom-line, no one showed up that day to pick up our vehicle as promised or had the courtesy to contact us to let us know what was going on. After returning from MD to KY we spoke to another company who said it was going to be hard for us to find a drive since it would be on the board twice, once with this company and another for the other company we had to go with since we still needed the vehicle picked up in MD and delivered to us in KY. Come to find out this company's commission was almost 1/3 the price they were offering the driver and was lower than the average rate drivers received. It was a wasted trip and a costly one for us. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants any form of communication on the status of their vehicle. It was very disappointing to have a company promise something and not follow through and very unprofessional for them to not have the courtesy to contact us to let us know what was going on. Beware if you use them. They started out sounding like they were there to help us, only to cost us money that cannot be recovered for a 600+ mile trip that was not needed. We have yet to hear from them, almost a month after the no-show.

This was not even an order. This customer called us after trying to arrange pickup of their vehicle with 5 different brokers and asked us to see if we could get their vehicle loaded for them at the last minute. My partner and I made every attempt possible to get their vehicle loaded for them, were unable to, and left a voicemail advising them as such. They were upset that we were not able to get things done for them at the last minute and left this negative review out of retaliation. Our 5 star rating speaks for itself.
