first time shipping a vehicle. I received numerous quotes via email and phone calls. I moved forward with another brokerage that after I committed to them, I could not get in touch with, and had no idea of the status of my pick up. I reached out to Full Service, They advised me of the price, were upfront from the start, educated me on the process and what to expect. I was able to reach them at any time of day and they were available to speak to me and reassure me that they were taking care of us.
