I was very satisfied with using Froland. It was my first experience in shipping a vehicle. I first had my SUV barged from Anchorage, Alaska to Tacoma, WA. I was first contemplating driving it myself from WA to Tennessee and changed my mind. I appreciated the customer service and even though it was a bit more expensive (about $100 dollars) I chose Froland. I first got a call from the driver picking up my vehicle asking to call the transport company that had my car in WA, because they closed at 4pm and he was running late. I called and arranged for someone to stay late so my SUV could be picked up as long as the driver could be there in 15 minutes (or he would have to wait until 8am the next morning). I received a confirmation email the next day saying my SUV was on its way with an arrival date of Nov. 28tth (Thanksgiving). The only complaint I have is that I did not get a call from the driver saying what his anticipated delivery time would be. He did not show up on Thanksgiving. Good thing too, because we drove 45 minutes away to have dinner with friends. The next morning I got a call at 7:15 am that he was here. I designated a large parking lot about 2 miles from home to meet the driver with the truck. I checked out my car and everything was fine and paid the driver. My car did not come clean going through a car wash and will have to hand-wash and scrub to get the grime off. Using a transport company was a last minute decision and I felt a bit apprehensive at first, but overall my SUV got here in one piece and quickly. I did have some personal items in my vehicle and nothing was missing. I would use Froland again and recommend them.
