Unfortunately the truck doing the pick ups had some mechanical issues and was in the shop for repairs ( hydraulics) so pick ups were being delayed. I understand that can happen and no one wants to see that. Froland did work hard at locating other services to try to keep people on schedule. We were delayed on pick up , however the substitue driver ( Nine Iron) was excellent and delivered in rapid fashion so the overall time span was back on essentially the original expected completion time line. The part I did not appreciate was that we were asked by Froland to pay an additional $50.00 fee to help them out as they experienced increase costs finding another driver at this "peak / higher priced time". I appreciate their efforts but when things go wrong- that the cost of doing business. I had a contracted rate, experienced a delay inconvenece AND yet also was asked to pay more despite those.
