First, I believe it's important to state that WE ARE NOT being compensated for this review. That being said, I was very hesitant in having my daughters car transported cross country but it was the best choice, both financially and logically, that we could have made. Upon initial contact with Jim from Froland Auto Transport, my husband was pleased and confidant in his integrity and stated abilities, so the arrangments were made. My daughters vehicle was picked up on time, Thank God, because Misourri was snowed in two days later. Larry, the driver, was the kindest, most pleasant gentleman. He kept in contact with both my daughter and husband in regards to the vehicle and graciously answered any questions that may have arose. Delivery of the vehicle was according to schedule, which was three days from the date of pick up (2/18-2/21) and without a single problem. Before releasing the vehicle, Larry made certain it was properly inspected by both parties and this was all done in a courteous, professional manner. The only regret we have is that my daughter was not able to thank him personally due to being snowed in. So, on behalf of my family and especially my daughter, THANK YOU LARRY! Our experience with Froland was beyond favorable and we wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services again if needed.
