From first contact with Chuck, all went well. Believe me I checked a lot of companies out! Chuck returned each and every phone call and email!! I was moving my daughter's SUV from a congested part of Los Angeles and Jesse, the driver, was great in contacting my daughter and meeting at a safe place. Here in Texas, he could not get into my neighborhood because of all the trees, but was able to meet me about 5 blocks away. Very nice person!! Chuck, the agent , was very knowledge about each step in the process and if we had known how easy it was, we would have shipped it to california to begin with. The car was picked up and delivered when promised! ...I highly recommend this company!
