After getting nowhere with another transport company; I began a new search and landed on Friendly Auto Transport and decided to give them a try. Jason reached out to me immediately, discussed my needs, listened to my frustrations, addressed my concerns, informed me of the process and eased my mind. Jason got to work right away, adjusted easily to my scheduling changes and ultumately, got me booked for transport with a top-notch delivery driver. WOW - thanks so much, Yvonne, for that wonderful review. Honestly, I didn't know how extensive your frustrations were as you were very composed and poised when explaining it all. Just goes to show you that when you treat people properly, you can do great business together and solve problems which is what it looks like we did...together.
