1. The quote doesn't include a fuel surcharge fee (surprise). 2. They want you to schedule it, but aren't willing to coordinate the pick up (or communicate with anyone when they fail to arrange to have it picked up on the scheduled date). 3. They provided the wrong POS number for the shipment (have you ever tried to pick up your shipment without the proper paperwork. It was humiliating and a waste of time).
They have no consideration for other people's time. They don't communicate well with the customer, the shipper, or the freight company. They just want the next freight shipment.
