These people are the SCUM at the bottom of the cesspool. We had a major fire at our facility before the load even to the carriers transfer station. We called Freight Quote immediately and told them that we needed a change of address to a location 1 MILE away. It took them 2 weeks to put an address change through and when they finally did, they tried to charge me $269.51 reconsignment charge, just to change the address!! Then, after it was delivered, two weeks later, they sent me another bill for re-delivery for $246.50. They NEVER tried to deliver it the first time so how can you charge me for a re-delivery charge? NEVER AGAIN.
P.S. This crew of scum won't give you a heads up via telephone, they just sneak all the costs into your bill without you knowing about it. Screw their Terms of Service.
