Stay FAR away, HORRIBLE service

Don't waste your time or your money. I reached out for a quote to pick up 19 cartons. I filled out the form advising that I needed an inside pick up, the location of the space and we didn't have a receiving dock. The first time, the moving company didn't show up because the truck was too large for the shipment. It was moved to the following business day to get a smaller truck. The day of the pickup, the company we selected shows up and announces, "We don't lift boxes, we only do shipping." The driver refused to pick up the boxes and left. Meanwhile, we paid over $300 for such services. We don't have the resources to put boxes on palettes. That's what we paid them to do! WHY does this company allow the user to select such services if the moving company doesn't OFFER it? Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I've never seen something so poorly managed in my life. I went back to our regular courier to pick up and ship out our order, that's now one week late to the client, thanks to this poorly managed, poor excuse for a freight service. STAY far AWAY!
