Try 0 stars. This company is a JOKE. Used their service to ship a very expensive ONE OF A KIND 4ft x 4ft painting to a customer. First of all, the driver never came. A few days later (after chasing the rep) they send a driver and never to be heard from again. A MONTH of followup and no one knows where the painting is. Excuses each time "completing dock searches, will call you by the end of the day". Never happened. They blame the trucking company but SCHEDULED the shipment thru the trucking company and now want nothing to do with our claim. Had us file the ppw and someone disappear when I ask when I am being reimbursed the additional $400 I paid to ship the painting they managed to lose. Crickets! Had to dispute it with my bank. Awful "sales manager", reached out to the CEO and CFO, again, crickets. This company is a joke! Go elsewhere!
