Can I give negative rating here? They have NO idea when residential freight will get picked up. I was given 2 days for the pick-up but there is NO truck in sight even on the 3rd day. I was very clear that I am moving out and need the frieght to be picked up. But on the last day they came up with excuses like pallets gets picked up faster or easier option is to drop off at a terminal. Then I would have chosen some other sevices which is clear abt these constraints since day 1. This has led to other costs for me like prorated rent, moving flights for my entire family. I should have looked at the other reviews here before booking freight with freight center.
