I was quoted $303 online. When calling to pay it went up to $558. Darlene Daly said it was a computer "glitch" that happens all the time. I reluctantly paid the extra $ because I needed my item picked up within the next couple days, which Darlene promised would happen. I have received several emails full of excuses(lies) and 2 weeks later my freight is still not picked up. I am now paying storage fees and am risking abandonment of my freight. These people are scam artists and no one in their right mind should use them after reading this review. After you pay forget them ever answering the phone!!
