NIGHTMARE! WORST COMPANY EVER!

This company is HORRIBLE. They left me stranded with my stuff because of a mistake on their part, which ended up costing me $1000.00+ more than what I was supposed to pay! IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE ASKING FOR PROBLEMS! I had been working with this company for months. I had spoken with them several times. They day before they were to pick up my stuff, I called to double check on everything and make sure I was on the books for pick up. They told me then that they had messed up my measurements (on a standard full mattress?). They knew I was bringing a mattress and just a few other items. This had been discussed numerous times. Kimberly McKinney said that because they entered the measurements wrong, there would be additional charges of $90. I had already paid $360.00 that they had initially quoted me. I told her fine, whatever, I will pay it, just make sure they were there to pick up the stuff. I was trying to move my daughter from Boston back home to Georgia, so I only had a small window of time in which to move, as I had to be back to work in a few days. I received an e-mail from Kimberly later that same day stating that she had tried to call me (there was no evidence of that on my phone nor did she leave a voice mail). The e-mail stated that I needed to authorized the additional charges. I replied that I authorized the charges. So, the next day, the day the furniture was to be picked up, I tried calling Kimberly McKinney several times and got her voice mail. I finally spoke to someone else, and that said that Kimberly had gone on vacation that day!! There was nothing on her voice mail indicating this nor had she told me that she would not be in the office that day when I had spoken with her just the day before! Apparently, she didn't bother to turn her orders over to someone else, either!! She just left me in the dark! I asked about my order being picked up and they said there was a hold on it pending the authorization of the additional charge (which I had given verbally and sent via e-mail to Kimberly the day before-remember this is due to their mistake!!) and that the next available pick would be 6 days later!! I called my credit card company and immediately reported that I had not received the service I had paid for and to dispute these charges and to to prevent them from running through the additional charges. I had to rent a u-haul and drive 18 hours to Georgia! Then..believe it or not.. they sent a truck 6 days later to the pick up address even though they had not received my additional charge $ and credit card company had contacted them about the disputed charges. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
