When I first called Jay, he explained the reason my car had not moved with the other company. They had put such a low price on it. Jake called back within 24 hours to let me know they had a driver and the car would be picked up Monday. There was a breakdown with that truck but they secured another driver and got my car to me on Thursday which worked out perfect!
