Jason was a great customer service rep. He was very open with all the details. He was prompt in getting a transportation company assigned. He was told that the car would be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday and it was. He was also told that the car would arrive on Friday if it was picked up by Tuesday but the car was delivered on Saturday. Normally this would not have been a great problem except that we are a business and we are closed on Saturdays. We have to have one of our employees come in that day to receive the car.
Overall, great experience.
