My car was picked up but never delivered to it's destination.
Had to call police to get car from carrier.
Had to pay full price for bad service and no delivery.
Freedom's customer service told me (what do you expect us to do about it).
You see they already got their money. They shipped my car on a Third
rate carrier without regard for me or my vehicle.
Vehicle was damaged and they now say not us look elsewhere.
Beware they also have bad reviews removed by saying you were not a
customer.
So I hope you have better luck then me.

This customer hired us to find a carrier to pick up his 1991 Lotus from VA and deliver to CA. We did this. The driver we contracted picked the vehicle on-time with no issues. At the time of dispatching we scheduled it for a 7-10 day delivery window, which is standard on this route. The customer called in numerous times looking for updates after the vehicle was picked up, well before the delivery window was to expire. We called the driver but was not able to reach him right away. When drivers are in transit its very difficult to get in contact with them, that is why they give delivery windows. We left a voice mail and awaited response. We told the customer that once the driver was ready to schedule delivery he would contact him with plenty of notice. Customer called in again the next morning, we told him the same thing. The driver called back later that evening letting us know he was in New Mexico and he would cal the customer to give update in the morning. We called the customer to inform him the driver would be calling in the am and he made it seem as we were mis-leading or holding something from him. He demanded the drivers cell, we complied and provided it to him. He called the driver and got no answer. This sent him in a rage, threatening suit and police and all other types of things.... Next day driver calls customer to inform he is outside of Phoenix at a DOT weigh station and he would be delivering the next day. Customer demanded his exact location! Driver gives it to him. Next he calls the local Phoenix Police and tells them that the driver stole his vehicle. Even though we have a signed Bill of Lading/ inspection report on pick up releasing the vehicle to the driver. Once the customer found out the police had the driver located and were questioning him. The customer told him not to move and that he was going to drive there to pick up the vehicle himself. Once he arrives, hours later, he demands a DISCOUNT, since the vehicle was not delivered to the final destination!! instead of arguing MORE with this crazed individual, the driver gave him a $200.00 discount and went on his way. Within a few days the customer called his credit card company and said we charged him fraudulently!!.....Even with him signing paperwork. Instead of going back and fourth with the credit card company we told them to close the file and let him keep the money! Thinking this would be the last time we spoke to him. Not the case, a few days later this review poops up! So after he got the driver to give him $200.00 off and us to forfeit $175.00 he claims other bogus things like damage! This is all when the delivery would have been done in 9 DAYS! Good luck pal-
