Perry made this experience great! We had already contracted with two other companies who NEVER transported our car. The car was stuck in Michigan for an additional month once I contacted Frank's Automobile Shipping. Perry stated he would call his truckers and phone me back on a pick up day. He promptly called and stated they would be pick up in two day. Furthermore, once I made the reservation I was given the driver's information. Once the car was picked up, the driver communicated frequently about his delivery day and time.
My recommendation is DON"T contract with people that offer low prices. I tried that and clearly didn't work out. Also, use this company because they give you direct access to drivers.
