I've had 3 cars shipped by various carriers in the past. This was the first time I've used Franks. They did a fine job. Couldn't believe that they were able to locate a shipper who could pick my car up the DAY I CALLED them to inquire about a potential pick up day. Car arrived on time, although they did not ship to my house, or even close as was promised. I had to drive 30 miles to get it (at 10:30 PM) but in fairness, that was because I was in a hurry to get it. I'm assuming they could have got it closer if I'd been willing to wait an additional day or two which I wasn't. Service was excellent based on what I paid.
