Vehicles were picked up and delivered from nearby parking lots so that the driver from Across Nation Transport could load and unload the vehicles. We got good notice as to when to expect the pickup, but the delivery call was effectively "I'm here" with the vehicles... luckily we were nearby and I had given them my cell phone. I had hoped they would have notified us a few hours ahead or a day ahead but I guess that is how it goes. But it was no problem and I walked over to pick up the vehicles and they were ready to go. They were both very dirty, which is typical of open transport, and aside from some scratches that will hopefully buff out, the only thing broken was the antenna to my car... which the carrier (Across Nation Transport) will reimburse me for. All in all, we were psyched to not have to drive these across the country and would certainly use them again.
