They were able to schedule a pick-up with very little notice. Once the pickup was scheduled they communicated often about when and where the pickup would be made. At the drop off spot in Los Angeles, Miguel called and kept us up to date about exactly when he would be there. Because his truck would not fit on our small street, he found a very safe and convenient place just a few blocks from our house for us to pick up the car. Great job!
