After getting f'd by Viking Auto Transport, aka Bait 'n' Switch Auto Transport, (I did get my deposit back, so didn't have to hunt them down) I spent more time on the review site researching not only general company reviews but also specific transport pick up and destination sites to fit my needs. There were a few companies that i had in mind, but Frank's offered me the best combination of cost, prompt service, and friendly/knowledgeable staff. Car was picked up in Los Angeles within 3 (!) days of order being placed and delivered to New Orleans 5 days later as promised. The driver was in regular contact (answered his phone when I called). Car arrived safely with all my belongings inside.
Beware of lowballer companies. If their quote is significantly lower than average, it probably won't happen, at least at that price.
Frank's is giving me a gift card of some sort for completing this review, but I would have done it anyway.
Ultimately, don't waste your time, just go with Frank's.
